You are solely responsible for your content and represent that you have the necessary rights to post it and that it does not infringe the rights of others or violate any law.

To keep TinkerFeed useful and free of spam, Socialfeed Technology Private Limited may, at its discretion and without prior notice: (a) limit how many articles an account can publish within a given period; (b) limit, reduce or remove the visibility of any content or account in feeds, listings, recommendations and sitemaps, and ask search engines not to index it, while the content may remain accessible by direct link; and (c) remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

You agree not to:

• Post content that is unlawful, defamatory, hateful, harassing, or infringing.
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation.
• Upload malware or attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
• Scrape, harvest, or collect data from the Service without permission.
• Use the Service for spam or deceptive, fraudulent, or misleading activity.

The Service, including its design, logos, and software, is owned by TinkerFeed and protected by intellectual property laws. Except for your own content, you may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

The Service may display advertising, including ads served by third parties such as Google AdSense. Your interactions with advertisers are solely between you and them.

The Service may contain links to third-party websites or resources. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third party.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TinkerFeed shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, use, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to the Service or other users.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
