My Take
Starting from the cover of the book is black and white photograph of a woman with a suspicious face. The cover is beautifully designed. I found this title interesting and it drew my attention instantly into this book. I must say. It certainly made me want to read it as soon as possible.
The story mainly revolves around Shanti Amma, Naina, Raghav, Kusum, Ayushi, Siddharth, Shrishti, Vishal, Ranjitha and Anurag. The book is a blend of emotions, friendship, mother's love, pain, happiness, life, value, struggles and many more
This is the story of three musketeers of Shanti Ammas orphanage. Three orphans Naina, Kusum and Raghav who are deserted by their parents on the same day at Shanti Ammas orphanage. Shanti Amma treats every child like her own children's but from the beginning she had a special tenderness towards Naina because she looks like her own daughter. Naina, Kusum and Raghav are of same age, shared the same birthday date, they grew up together and best friends. Naina is simple, shy, loving and caring girl on the other hand Kusum is smart, harmful had a string fondness towards Raghav, Raghav is affectionate towards Naina but Naina consider Raghav as her brother.
Shanti Amma passed away due to cancer, now she had only her friends left with her. Naina feels a stronger desire towards a married man Siddharth. Siddharth and Naina get's into a lovely relationship. The true love is hard to find. On the other hand Raghav and Kusum are going to get married were as Kusum is pregnant. The destiny had some other plans for them Siddharth wife is not doing well from past few days and has diagnosis in third stage of cancer. Shrishti was still legally his wife and the mother of his daughter. He sacrifices is love for his responsibilities towards family and was unable to explain the real matter to Naina because of the promise given to his dying wife. Naina was left all alone in her life. She attempt suicide.
How will Naina recovers from the mental trauma?
Will Sid comes to safe her?

The plot is unique the storyline is gripping as well as intriguing and the author has been able to do full justice to it. Never felt my interest waning. The pace is perfect, neither slow nor too fast. It is steady and smooth.
Author has portrayed each and every character with utmost significance of their own and every one of them has done justice to their respective roles throughout the story, thus making it easy for the reader to relate to them, their views, their actions and reactions. I loved how beautiful the character Naina is portrayed, how she over come her struggles and find a new hope towards leading the life, Ranjitha and her son Vishal having faced so much pains in their life and becomes an inspiration for others to live a happy life and Dr.Anurag with ability of healing pain in a different way.
The author’s mastery over the language is evident from the terms she has used and the vivid description of events that unfold in the pages of the book. Words flow smoothly and emotions find expression thus making the book a veritable treat. With every turning page the curiosity to read further keeps on increasing as well sobbing. Yes this book made my cry at many times. Kudos to the author for penning down this wonderful book.
Looking forward to read more books by the author.
A wonderful read, one i’ll strongly recommend it's a must read to all the reader's and non-readers out there.

About the Author
Rashmi Trivedi is working at a middle management level in a leading Public Sector Undertaking and has worked in various departments which includes operations, sales and training.
Since the childhood days, she was passionate about reading. Unlike many who read when they find the time, she always took out time for reading. At all stages of her life, she was never too busy for a book.
In 2013 she was transferred to Bhopal where she stayed for three years whereas the family stayed back in Delhi. It was during this period that she started writing poems and articles and sharing them with family and friends. She then started writing for her own page and blog. The experience at Bhopal taught her that it is only the self-imposed limitations we create in our minds that stop us from reaching our true potential. She wanted to share her experience with others and so this book happened.
Other than reading, she is also passionate about travelling. There are a number of places on her bucket list which she has to explore before she calls it a day. To her, every journey is like a wrapped gift which she loves opening.
Like any other female, she loves to talk and make friends. She also is a foodie and loves to binge.
