These Launchpad Terms apply when you use TinkerFeed Launchpad ("Launchpad"): submitting, claiming, upvoting, commenting on, or buying a paid launch for a product listing. Launchpad is operated by Socialfeed Technology Private Limited, which also operates Tadlo AI. These Terms add to the TinkerFeed Terms of Use. If they conflict, these Launchpad Terms govern Launchpad.
1. Listings
1.1 Who may submit. You may submit a software product only if you own or are authorised to represent it, and it is live and usable at the URL you submit.
1.2 Your content. You are responsible for the name, tagline, description, images and links you submit ("Listing Content"). It must be accurate, must not infringe anyone's rights, and must follow the Launch guidelines. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, copy, resize, re-encode, display and distribute Listing Content on TinkerFeed and in Launchpad emails and promotion of Launchpad, for as long as the listing is on Launchpad and for a reasonable time afterwards in backups and already-sent emails.
1.3 Automated retrieval. When you submit, claim, or verify a badge, you authorise us to fetch publicly available pages and images from your product's website to prefill, check and verify the listing.
1.4 Review and scheduling. We may approve, reject, edit for format, reschedule, unpublish or remove any listing at our discretion, including for breaking the guidelines. Rejections include a reason. Free launch dates are targets, not guarantees; the dates of paid launches are described in our Service Delivery Policy.
1.5 Community task. Free launches require the community task described in the guidelines. Completing it does not guarantee approval. Abusing it (for example vote trading, multiple accounts, copied or automated comments) may lead to rejection, removal and account suspension.
1.6 One product, one listing. A product you submit is identified by its website's registrable domain; catalog listings we add are identified by their website address. We may merge or remove duplicates.
2. Curated listings, claims and takedowns
2.1 We may list publicly available software products on our own initiative ("Curated Listings"), using public information such as the product's name, website, category and pricing model. Curated Listings are labelled "Added by TinkerFeed" and start with no upvotes or comments.
2.2 Claims. The operator of a listed product may claim its Curated Listing by verifying control of the product's domain (an email address on that domain, or a meta tag on its homepage). A claim applies to that one listing only. By claiming, you confirm you are authorised to act for the product, and Section 1 then applies to you.
2.3 Takedowns. The operator of a listed product may request removal of its Curated Listing. We review requests and, when approved, remove the listing from Launchpad pages and the sitemap. We may ask for reasonable proof of authority.
2.4 Claim invitations. We may email an address on a product's domain to invite a claim. Each invitation contains an unsubscribe link (see Section 4).
3. Upvotes and comments
3.1 Upvotes and comments must come from your own TinkerFeed account, through your own action. Automated, scripted, purchased or coordinated engagement is prohibited. We never create upvotes or comments, and a "TinkerFeed pick" note from our team is never a comment and is not counted as one.
3.2 Comments are public. You grant us the same licence as in 1.2 for your comments. Don't post spam, harassment, hate, unlawful content, personal data of others, or links unrelated to the product.
3.3 We may remove comments and upvotes that break these Terms and may suspend accounts. If you delete or we remove a comment that completed your community task, your pending launch returns to the task step.
4. Emails
4.1 Transactional emails. If you submit, claim or pay for a launch, we email you about it (for example: submission received, community task reminders, approval and launch date, payment confirmation, launch day, rejection with reason, claim verification codes). These are part of the service.
4.2 Optional emails. The daily and weekly Launchpad digests are opt-in: you receive them only after you turn them on (or, without an account, after you confirm your email address). Claim invitations go to product-domain addresses, and we may send each registered user a single invitation to turn the digest on. Every such email includes a one-click unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing takes effect immediately.
4.3 Sender and Tadlo AI. Launchpad emails are sent from support@tadlo.ai and may include information about Tadlo AI, which is operated by the same company, Socialfeed Technology Private Limited.
5. Badge
You may embed the TinkerFeed Launchpad badge, unmodified, linking to your Launchpad page. We may verify and periodically re-check the badge by fetching your homepage. A badge does not imply endorsement.
6. Links
Outbound links from Launchpad to product websites are nofollow, and links of paid launches are marked sponsored. We do not sell or grant followed links. We add a ref=tinkerfeed parameter to outbound links and count clicks in aggregate.
7. Paid launches
7.1 What you buy. Paid plans (Priority, Featured and Spotlight) are one-time payments for a specific launch — not subscriptions — and buy only the timing and placement described on the pricing page. They do not buy upvotes, comments, ranking, approval or followed links. Paid placements are always labelled "Featured" or "Sponsored"; see how placements work.
7.2 Checks before payment. Your product must pass our automated checks before you can pay. If it does not pass, you are not taken to checkout and are not charged.
7.3 Prices and payment. Prices are shown before checkout, in Indian rupees (INR) if you are in India and in US dollars (USD) elsewhere, based on your location; the value is the same. INR prices include GST where this is stated. Payments are processed by Razorpay; we do not store your card details.
7.4 No refunds. All payments are final; we do not offer refunds, in full or in part. If we fail to deliver a paid placement because of a problem on our side, we re-run or extend it for the days missed. Products removed for breaking the Launch Guidelines or these Terms are not refunded. The details are in our Refund and Cancellation Policy and Service Delivery Policy.
8. Disclaimers and liability
Launchpad is provided "as is". We don't guarantee traffic, sign-ups, upvotes, rankings, coverage or any business result from a launch. The disclaimer and limitation of liability in the TinkerFeed Terms of Use apply to Launchpad.
9. Governing law
These Launchpad Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
10. Changes
We may update these Launchpad Terms. Material changes will be announced on Launchpad or by email to affected makers.
11. Contact
